Chester Credit Union - Membership Application Applying to join us couldn’t be easier! You can complete the secure form below and press submit to send it through to our office. Our customer service assistants will then contact you. Alternatively you can print out the membership form here and send it, along with copies of proof of identity to our main office. If you live near one of our collection points you can take the application form in to one of those along with two items of identification. These must be provided before your account can be opened, for example one must prove who you are e.g. an individual (passport, driving licence etc) and the second must clarify your address (utility bill, bank statement etc). If in doubt contact our membership office for advice. If you would prefer to receive the form by post, contact us on 01244 399006 and we'll send one out to you or email us at members@chestercreditunion.com
